Armone’s Core Connection is an innovative Pilates, fitness and Pilates teacher certification studio founded in 2010 by certified master Pilates instructor Armone Sullivan. Armone’s unique and intense approach provides the best in true Pilates fitness and training. We offer a range of classes and programs suitable for the full spectrum of fitness levels and goals. Our classes include Reformer Cardio (levels one, two and three), 50/50 Pilates Boot Camp, and Pilates Circuit. Armone’s Core Connection also provides a Pilates teacher certification program, prenatal and postpartum Pilates reformer expertise, Pilates reformer classes for men and professional athlete training.

At Armone's you get a true Pilates workout. There are a lot of studios out there that claim they teach Pilates, but the equipment and moves have all been modified. If you want the best workout, you go see Armone and her staff. They pretty much rock.
