Harvard alumnus, Art Critic, Collector and well-respected Art Dealer Alexander Salazar opened the first of five art spaces on the corner of 7th and Broadway in San Diego Downtown San Diego in March of 2010. Within two years Alexander has expanded from the original 2,000 square foot space to five spaces encompassing 30,000 square feet including:
White Box Contemporary, a 5,000 square foot open gallery exhibition space for large scale Modern and Contemporary Art exhibitions located at 1040 7th Avenue, downtown San Diego.

In 2011, Alexander Salazar Fine Art took over a 20,000 sq foot 5 level building to house the gallery inventory - by Appointment Only.
With over 15 years experience as an Art Dealer around the country, a Masters Degree in Theology and Art from Harvard University and a second Masters in Sociology and Art from Boston College. Alexander brings experience, education and a broad range of art and artists to assist in building museum-quality private, corporate, and celebrity collections worldwide.
