Iron Core opened its first studio in October 2004 in La Jolla. In October 2007, Iron Core opened the ultimate kettlebell fitness center at 2950 Garnet Ave (I-5 and Garnet). Iron Core is now the largest kettlebell fitness center in the United States with a team of elite kettlebell instructors dedicated to helping people meet their health and fitness goals.
