Fish Merchant

Sailing the globe, two young seamen traveled port to port on fishing vessels. In a quaint New England village they met the local fish merchant. At the old man's house they dined like they never before. He dazzled them in array of tantalizing dishes from the sea. Nowhere had bread been so delicious, chowder so hearty, fish so fresh. It was here they decided to own a restaurant committed to the finest quality seafood. In the honor of their old friend, they called it the Fish Merchant and a wooden statue carved in his image. Strictly adhering to the old man's standards, we make all of our sauces and dressings from scratch, use the finest ingredients and serve the freshest and widest variety of fish available.
