Beauty by Dolly® was founded in 2005 by sisters, Dolly and Kashmira. both women are estheticians who trained extensively in cosmetology, in both america and india, for over 30 years. trained in the field of waxing, Dolly focuses on sugaring using a homemade, 100% organic sugar wax, while Kashmira focuses on speed waxing. both estheticians specialize in brazilian waxing and can accommodate any skin type comfortably.
Kashmira has been providing clients with european facials for over 26 years, spending 20 of those years at a world-renowned resort and spa in carlsbad, california. her loving, healing hands, and passion for skincare have kept clients always returning to her for her vast knowledge on skincare and her ability to heal her clients.
Dolly began threading when she was fourteen years old and has shaped countless brows and threaded many faces since. extensive practice and a constant desire to perfect her skills has led Dolly to develop a meticulous, painless threading technique. her passion for threading inspired her to train her daughters and nieces in the art, as well.
Beauty by Dolly® has been expanded by Kashmira's daughter, Natashah who is in charge of operations & expansion. She has not only been an active part of the business since its opening 7 years ago, she has graduated during this time magna cum laude from UCLA. Throughout this time, she has sucessfully branded Beauty by Dolly® & was the catalyst for their national acclaim in publications such as InStyle. Being raised in a strong & business oriented family, Natashah's natural sense of métier continutes to lead Beauty by Dolly® as San Diego's premiere threading salon.
Dolly and Kashmira both have and continue to spend the majority of their time meticulously training their staff to ensure the best services are given to each and every one of their clients. they are constantly training, teaching, & innovating to make sure they are providing the best and most efficient services for their clients.
