Thank you for taking the time to visit our corner! We are Yoga and Meditation Center located in Mira Mesa.
We concentrate on teaching the Science of Yoga. We carefully take time to update Classical Hatha Yoga for maximum benefit to students. We teach breathing exercises to open up the respiratory system and for relaxation, postures for strength, balance, and flexibility, meditation for focusing power, and we teach the philosophy of Yoga so that students always understand why they are doing each movement. Yoga is a mindful movement with the breath.
Our founder Shashi Pottathil, from Kerala India, has been teaching Yoga for over forty years. He has a natural talent to combine both science and spirituality. A unique and profound combination, Shashi’s simple explanations and tremendous insight draw crowds daily. If you are looking for a wonderful life experience and not just an exercise session we are the place for you! We offer classes daily for adults, teens, children, and seniors.
