At Chakra Pilates we not only provide the true and classical Pilates Method developed by Joseph Pilates, we also offer Maximum-Impact Pilates Programs catered to clients who wish to work cardiovascular flows into further training!!!
I've been going to Chakra for a year and a half after 'sampling' many in the area. I felt comfortable, the teachers are professional and very knowledgeable, the equipment is maintained and newer than most and the location is easily accessible. I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The best Pilates Studio around. Mariel, Lauren and Vanessa will give you an amazing work out. Don't forget Chris is amazing too, but she teaches at UTC.

By far the best pilates studio in San Diego. Instructors push you to your peak and now with two studios, the amount of classes available is unreal.

Extremely dedicated and caring staff. They continuously focus on proper technique and push you to improve, yet are pro-active in providing alternatives to cater to each person's unique body and injury history.
