European restaurateur "Wolfgang Peter Schlicht" and chef "Lothar Manz" created a new concept by combining an old American tradition with a European bistro atmosphere. A cozy wine bar with a great draft beer selection, a fresh hand-crafted hamburger and a good ball-game on TV; that is almost heaven!
Excellent food, friendly staff, and don't forget about the great selection of beer to go along with that tasty burger! Happy Hour is awesome too!

For years, Crazee Burger has been my "San Diego standard" for the best in town when it comes to burgers. I have not tried some of the other nominees, but I have tried a few - and Crazee Burger still gets my vote, hands down. Juicy, full of flavor. Great variety, but I still go for the basics when it comes to a great burger.
