I have used Crown Point Catering for many years. They are upscale and very versatile. I just worked with them on an event requiring the cuisine from Trinidad & Tobago...I didn't have a clue but, Crown Point Catering certainly knew how. and, here's a tip, consider a carribean theme and make sure you get the curry sauces of trinidad!
