Distinction is a 7000 square foot building which houses a gallery and 14 artist studios ranging in size from 150 to 800 square feet. The Gallery features contemporary and cutting edge artwork with an emphasis on highly skilled figurative art. The gallery exhibits work by emerging and internationally acclaimed artists, with a focus on painting. Distinction educates new collectors and sells to established galleries and collectors throughout the world.
Hours: Wednesday- Saturday 12-5 and by appointment. The gallery hosts a giant party and reception on the second Saturday of every month from 6-10pm featuring Stone beer, fine wine, live music by some of the best up and coming musicians from San Diego and Los Angeles, and lots of art.
im not such an art person but yeah, went here with some friends and it was a good experience

NOT JUST AN ART GALLERY WITH A GREAT TEAM RUNNING IT AND FUN MONTHLY SHOWS, BUT A PLACE FOR TEENS TO BE MENTORED, LOCAL ARTISTS TO WORK AND DISPLAY THEIR ART AND AN IN HOUSE ART SUPPLY STORE THAT BEATS BIG STORE PRICES!!
