I have been working with Bo on our Drill weekends in the Reserves. He has taught me so much on eating right, exercise and how to motivate myself. Best trainer hands down, if you want creativity and not the same boring exercises Bo is it

Bo or as I knew him Petty Officer Francy served with me on USS Cleveland. He was in charge of all our training programs as well as our fitness program for our department. He was responsible for our department having a overall pass rating of 95%. If you want a respectable, motivating and passionate trainer Bo is it.
