It all started in 2003 when the three Gaglione Brothers, Joe, Andy, and Tony who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area decided it was time to bring the very best CheeseSteaks and subs to Southern California, which they now called home.
The three brothers started out with an idea of bringing a traditional, family owned, neighborhood sandwich shop to the West Coast. The goal was to share with customers their idea of what a quality, superbly tasting sandwich should be.
The Gaglione Bros' menu and recipes started well before they broke ground on their first restaurant. It began in the older brother Joes kitchen in Pacific Beach, Ca where they cooked, created and tested subs and menu items to their liking. They wanted to have a menu full of sandwiches that were big on flavor and size that left their customers satisfied every time.
good sandwiches & different, but yummy fries too. Like the spicey pickle best for sandwiches, but it is gone now. Gaglione Brothers has some pretty yummy sandwiches too! good selection. Something for everyone.
