Visit our serene meditative Iyengar Yoga center in Encinitas. Prenatal, Therapeutics, and Restorative classes as well as beginning yoga to advanced levels. Free Intro classes are held the first Saturday of the month at 1:00pm. Come meet the teachers, learn the basics and check out the Center. Iyengar Teacher Training is also available as well as frequent intensives and workshops.
Iyengar is a teaching method which deepens your yoga practice through precision in asanas (poses), sequencing and timing based on your individual needs. Props are used to gently assist the student in attaining the correct pose. As a center of learning, we respect levels and build upon the body and mind’s ability, steadily and gradually.

This is the most amazing place to build a strong practice to really transform your body and understanding it vs. pushing it faster than it can respond to change or doing things incorrectly which in turn can harm your body. A TRUE yoga SCHOOL for every walk of life!!!
