We chose to go with John Franklin Fine Jewelers for my husband's wedding ring. They were awesome. We wanted a certain design and they created just what we wanted. We had some issues with the sizing and they were willing to fix the problem with no questions asked. Awesome customer service and great products.

We went everywhere looking for not only the best deal but the best customer service & designs. Jeff is truly an amazing artist & he is brilliant in his craft. He is truly knowledgeable about everything from different metals, to diamonds, to designs, etc... Above all, he truly cares and listens to what you want. He is the fairy god mother of creating a custom ring. By the way, it was awesome to be able to see the start to finish: from the initial consult to the computer image to the wax mold to the final product. Just simply the best.
