The La Jolla Playhouse is a great place to watch new, up and coming musicals and plays. The theater is so small that any seat you pick will give you a great view.

This is the only place in San Diego that you can see shows right before they head to broadway

The cheap seats in this theater have a better view then some mid ranged ones at other larger theaters. leave your binoculars at home!!

I love seeing wonderful theatrical presentations at the
Playhouse.....
many of these shows do go to the "the Big Apple", Broadway theater.
