O'Sullivans is not only a very nice pub, it is a great restaurant as well. I've only been here twice and have yet to leave disappointed.

Of course they offer the traditional Irish food and drinks. The first time in, I went with their chicken potato pancake. Cannot remember what it was called exactly but it involved a potato pancake (obviously) with chicken and mushrooms topped with a cream sauce infused with whiskey. the 1/4 Irish in me loved this!! My other meal was their blue cheese steak. Pretty tough to go wrong with this one......just a steak smothered in blue cheese. The saltiness of the cheese and the smoked flavor of the steak was a very good combination.

They have a nice selection of appetizers but I would recommend stepping outside the box and trying their Scotch eggs. It's a hard boiled egg, wrapped in sausage and breadcrumbs then deep fried. Between the egg, the sausage and the deep frying, I felt my cholesterol rise 30 points in that meal but alas, I found a remedy......THEIR BEER!! No....seriously, I've heard that beer will lower your cholesterol right? I didn't dream that did I?

Anyway, O'Sullivans has a great selection of beer on tap and a decent house IPA on tap. With that being said, when I go to an Irish pub, it is customary for me to get a black and tan. Hell, I don't know if it was even originated in Ireland but an Irish pub is where I was introduced to it and it will always be Irish in my mind.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place when my fellow hospital volunteers took me here on my last day with the internship.

The food is amazingly delicious - I got the wing appetizer and mushroom burger. They had live music and the singer was quite talented.

Can't wait to come here again!
