NO CONTEST!!! This is the BEST tea place in San Diego. If you want to treat yourself to something special, take your friends (or better yet, your sweetheart) for high tea at Tea-Upon-Chatsworth. The food presentation is great (my friends always take pictures of the food). The best part is that the menu changes but regardless, the quality of the food is always exceptional.
