Our world famous original recipes are just that - they're from all over the world, and demand only the very finest of ingredients, such as USDAA grade butter (not margarine), pure 36% whipping cream (not half & half), fresh grade AA eggs, hard wheat unbleached flour, and our own homemade sourdough starter recipe. Our batters and sauces are made fresh in each restaurant's kitchen and we never compromise with quality! Best pancakes in the town. Try Swedish and add hash to them. Or crepes with souer creme, add strawberries.

Yummy! The dutch baby is my fave-their bacon is amazing and I am pretty sure the syrup is laced with crack!
