    Beautiful Beginnings

WARNING TO ALL BRIDES: Don't be fooled by the owner Allyn Flauta's first impression. Allyn and her team gave a very good first impression and I will admit I was fooled. I was looking for a invitation company that does customized wedding invitations. I found Beautiful Beginnings on the internet and felt comfortable to hire them because of all the good reveiws. I have never met Allyn or her team before until our first consultation meeting. My experience with Beautiful Beginnings was the worst wedding vendor experience ever. They were very good in first email response but once you sign the contract and provide the deposit, they dropped out of sight, out of connection, off line, you name it...they were no longer to be found. I had ordered invitations, labels, programs, etc. I originally was going to make my own invitations but opt for having someone else to do it to eliminate stress from my wedding planning experience. I hired Beautiful Beginnings and thought my stress would be less; unfortunately it was not. It tripled. Beautiful Beginnings is so unprofessional, unresponsive, and Allyn Flauta definitely shows no leadership of what an owner of a company should represent. When issues arise and problems occur internally, you should not be telling your client about them nor should you PASS BLAME to your colleagues or subordinates. My invitation design process was horrendous. The amount of work and effort put into her designs were choppy, thrown together, and very much not the level she presents in her inital meetings. I realized that most of her samples were samples she did not create but was taking credit for. I did however receive my invitations because I continuously emailed, phoned, and text messaged her because I wouldn't hear from her or her team for days and weeks. I was not going to allow my deposit be paid for NOTHING. The delivery of my invitations were given to me in "piece mail form". Like I mentioned earlier about passing blame, Allyn's reasoning behind everything is because her subordinates had miscommunications and she was fighting with one. This is not only bad business to witness but VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I also found out towards the end of my experience that Allyn had a full time job when she originially stated that Beautiful Beginnings is her full time job and nothing else. She is not only unprofessional, a bad business woman, shady, but a LIAR. I'm surprised her team still work for her especially knowing that her entire team are her close friends. When I finally got all my invitations, the print out was smeared and there were errors; but it was too late for me to get things reprinted. I had to work with what I recieved. I emailed a professional and thorough email to Allyn and her team about cutting ties from our contract. By receiving no response, no remorse, just proved how shady, irresponsible, unprofessional, and awful of how Beautiful Beginnings is as a wedding vendor. I'm surprised that they can still sleep at night considering the awful shadiness they possess. If the site provided a scale from -5 to +5 stars, I would definitely mark them as -5. So any bride interested or thinking of hiring Beautiful Beginnings. You have been warned. I will state for the record, every single "excellent" rating on here are all of Allyn Flauta's friends that she has asked to post. I know this for a fact as I found out we share a mutual good acquaintance who has informed me so. So again, you have been warned. Good luck brides in your wedding planning process! I hope it's nothing compared to my horrific experience with this wedding vendor!
