A San Diego hotspot, Zenbu means “all” in Japanese, and offers both a traditional sushi bar experience and modern Asian cuisine.
Owned and operated by local restaurateur Matt Rimel, Zenbu is the result of a lifelong passion for fishing and great food. Rimel owns a commercial fishing boat and the seafood company Ocean Giant, which has a fleet of boats around the world fishing exclusively for his restaurants and clients.
I have been partaking of this amazing sushi restaurant for about over 10 years. While it is very pricy, Their sushi is always the freshest and tastiest with the newest combos. Yum!
